How can we help?

If you are having trouble with Cat Haven, Canvas Frontier, Rustshift, account access, a purchase, a reward, or another Ahrens Lab service, contact us and include enough detail for us to investigate.

For Cat Haven, include your in-game Player ID. For Living Canvas, include the anonymous Observer Code shown in the app. For Rustshift, include your Player ID, login username, and the page or action involved. Never send passwords, payment card numbers, or banking information.
